flash player?

Ok, does Anyone know IF or when we r going to get a flash player for the g2? I want to watch movies on my phone and I've tried so many of the suggested players and apps to no avail.
Thanks for your input.
 
Shouldn't be to awful long. Should be released for all android devices shortly, 1 -3 months. They already have a beta version running on the Nexus One.
 
How will current users get the flash player on the device - will it come with a new browser installation or is it a stand-alone? Sorry for the naive question...
 
I don't think anyone really knows how users will get it, but I have read somewhere we will be able to download it so I suppose we can eliminate it beinf delivered OTA with an android update.

I also read that flash will require 2.0+ but it looks like we'll have to wait and see
 
My hopes r high, its been announced that the palm pre is getting it in Feb, adobes been ready I think, the droid is flash ready browser, and I think they were just waiting for the good hardware> n1
 
The lack of the Flash Player apparently makes it impossible to log into this forum on my Droid. That's the message I received which is why I'm using my MAC to post this.
