I was browsing youtube today and my spybot's teatimer popped up asking me to allow a certain registry change "FlashPlayerUpdate", so I did, I assumed it had something to do with the flash program that youtube requires to run and figured it couldn't do any harm...but the funny thing is that this is the first time it's ever popped up and I visit youtube daily. The full change, according to the log goes like this: PM Allowed (based on user decision) value "FlashPlayerUpdate" (new data: "C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe -p") added in System Startup user entry!. The reason I ask this question here is because I did a little reading on this particular line (NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe) and found out that there was some malware going around that had a similar line. Perhaps I'm being over-paranoid but ever since I had my friend reformat my computer last december I've never had this pop up at all while browsing youtube, or any websites in particular. I only go to certain websites (such as youtube, obviously, among others) and I use firefox with adblocker and script blocker, got a firewall etc, I don't take any chances. I've scanned with both spybot and AVG and so far they have came back with clean results. Thanks for any help.
