Flash player for pocket pc?

hi i have a samsung omnia and i want to watch videos off certain sites but i need a flash player so i went to adobe and downloaded the on e for the ppc but when i go back onto the website with the videos the same message comes up that i need a flash player even do i already have it installed

Please help me PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
