Flash memory/USB sticks, original pricing.?

Hey folks, just out of curiosity I was wondering if anyone knows the original pricing for USB flash drives and Micro SD memory. Particularly anything that's 1gb or less. I remember for school about 6 or so years ago a 1gb generic flash drive was about $50.
I'm looking for the ORIGINAL prices, not today's prices.

yea theve goten allot cheeper u can pick upp 1gb flash drive for 9.99 or less

They're alot cheaper now. I bought a 1gb one for 28 bucks in 2001

micro sd memory are really cheap so im guessing around 10 dollars ...cuz u can buy 4gb for 20$
