i noticed my pc is running flash game REALLY slow !! eg.restaurant city in facebook and all other flash games on any site !! i have all the latest drivers everything up to date !! i even tried turning anti-virus and firewall off !! but still no use 
i killed most of the additional processes from task manager so that isn't the problem !! my cousin brought the same pc but without the graphics card !! n her games are working totally fine n smoooooooooooooth !!! i also tried windows 7 os and still the same thing !!
pc config
windows xp / windows 7 dualboot (problem is the same on both os)
intel dual core 2.8 ghz with 2 gb ram and nvidia 7300 gt graphics card and intel motherboard gccr with 1,5 tb hdd !! i have 2 ups supplying enough power !!
btw i can play high end games like call of duty 2,3,4,5,6, !! even grid works gud in low settings even nfs pro street is fine on medium gfx !! wat can be the problem ????????
