It was a game that had a few sequels, the story is your a robotic spy or something like that...
going around shooting and trying not to get blasted by rays and what not.
In the first game you - walk a few feet then voice like Bowser in Mario 64 laughs at you and you fall to the floor and the game begins.
Don't know if that helps much but it is the best I can do at this time.
It was a comedy game of sorts, your are an ant like creature, with old fashioned army gear wwII head gear if I remember and you have a gun as well.
