I am using Flash CS4. I have a simple dynamic text field. Under the options area of the Properties Panel, you can add a link. When I test the movie, using Control > Test Movie, all is fine, it goes to the link when I click on the text. When I publish the movie and run the page, the html page, the text link is blocked as a popup, when run from my file system. I have seen similar posts but they all seem to go into writing actionscript. If this works from within Flash, using Control>Text Movie, I shouldn't have to use actionscript should I? Also it is set as target=_blank, so it shouldn't appear as a popup but it does.
Obviously it is possible to have links inside a text box, or Adobe wouldn't provide this option.
