Flash drive wont let me put things on it anymore. Help?

I tried putting a song on my flash drive, but a thing just popped up that said: Windows Media Player cannot find the file. If you are trying to play, burn, or sync an item that is in your library, the item might point to a file that has been moved, renamed, or deleted. And it does it on macs too. its not the song I'm sure, I've tried other songs, but on the macs it says something about "your flash drive cannot be modified" please help.
 
it is possible that your interface is loose ,you can plug it again.or your flash drive is broken,you can have a try on other computer.
