Flash drive cannot install, what should I do?

It keeps saying it doesn't have Windows XP logo but it does and I have to stop installation.

May be the flash drive you are referring may not be compatible to use on Microsoft Windows. Check whether the following is written in a picture on the cover of your flash drive:

Compatible with Windows <Version>: For example, Compatible with Windows 7
