Kongregate and Newgrounds are both communities where Flash artists can display their work to the public, get it rated and discuss Flash and Flash techniques with other people. They are mostly frequented by teenagers for the funny movies and silly games, but both have a discussion board and artist profiles.
Kongregate has a much bigger focus on games and entertainment, whereas the Newgrounds community allows for more technical discussion.
