Awhile back I found a program that let you make or download flash cards that other people made. I used it for Korean but I'm pretty sure there was other languages and possibly just things like math, I duno. I downloaded it but I think I uninstalled it because I didn't like it but now it's exactly what I need. What I remember was that:
1. It was a download program though you could view the flash cards online too.
2. You download other peoples flash cards or make your own. It downloads directly into the program.
3. It allowed you to change what you were being tested on, translating from one to the other and vice versa, spelling, maybe more I don't remember.
4. It had a progress bar for learning the vocabulary list. It'd ask you them a few times and once you got them right a few times it'd add some percent to your score until you got every word right. The progress was for different kinds of testing (so translating would be separate from spelling).
5. It was completely free!
