Flash Bios? What Do I Need To Do?

I have an HP Pavilion P6153F desktop computer. I bought an Antec 902 case from Newegg and moved all of my components into the case. In the Antec, the case fans all plug directly into my PSU instead of the motherboard. Seeing as the old case only had one fan to begin with (not including the heatsink fan) I didn't think it would be a big problem.
When I start my computer I get this message that says "System Fan Has Failed, press F2 to Continue" or something like that. This is happening because the motherboard detects the fan as being unplugged or "not working" when the Antec's fans are all working fine. The only way I can get rid of the annoying message is if I press F2 every time I start my PC or if I plug the old fan into the motherboard and let it just sit there... I don't want either.
....Long story short, I just wanna know if there's anything I can do to prevent this from popping up.

BTW: HP has "locked" their BIOS so you cannot change CPU settings, fan speeds, etc...
