Flash Animation Help please?

It has been some time since I have used Flash and I am trying to figure out how to make my words zoom from smaller to larger then zoom off the stage. I kinda got it to go small to big but it was too fast and didn't look good. I am working off a MAC. Thanks for help!
I am using Adobe Flash CS3 professional
