Flash Actionscript 2.0 help?

I'm working on a project for deviantArt.com, and I need a section of code, that... when I click a button, it causes ANOTHER movieclip to play, regardless of what frame that movie clip is on.

I will also accept the same function in Actionscript 3.0 but 2.0 is preferred.
