1.) Flash C56 to C55
2.) Change PA
3.) Change diplexer

It work with 900MHz network

Hello, I would also like to upgrade my phone to C56, but I would like to unlock first, can someone please tell me where to get siemens toolbox, and second I already have FREIA, but it doesnt show my phone model, what other phone model can I choose to unlock my phone and how would you suggest me on using FREIA to unlock my phone.

Does somebody have already the C56 flash?

I need it, please if somebody have it email me to [email protected] and if there is a tutorial or an explanation about how to flash an A56 to C56 and to make a backup from A56 please send it to me.

Sry, we don't have C56! Because here in Germany we haven't got the C56! Only C55.

But I also have a C56, but only Beta

I can try to read a FUBU, that I schould sent to you! After the FUBU flash, try to Update the SW
 
HEY senorulz, I see you are working in a siemens A56 or C56? Do you have the C56 firmware and eeprom files in extension *.FLS? I think I can help you!

okay, so some people are officially incapable of reading...

EVERY file you need for the conversion is listed in this thread, just read it...simple
 
I have both an A56 and a C56 and have been trying to upgrade the A to the C for a bit now. I backed up my A56 files using Freia and wrote in the C56 Bootcore, Firmware and EEProm (That i created using freia as well) in that order (using freia). Now the phone just flashes for a second whenever i try to turn it on. I can reflash the original files back and have my A56 working again but other than that, no dice. Even after flashing with C56 files, Freia still sees the phone as an A56.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I'd be happy to post the files but I don't want to post something that could potentially destroy your phone. If anyone wants them pm me with some solutions and ill try em out. Maybe a different program to backup/write the files?
 
Look TriggaHappy the Siemens EEProm tools does not work , i think that is because of my cable , in the step 2(SiemensA55@C55 rev. A.pdf) the Siemens EEProm tools stay scanning port all the time, ,the soft freesiemens.exe is easier for using , but the files (firmware an eeprom) must be extension *.FLS

Alright ladies,

using nothing but these russian pictures, i have successfully converted an A56 to a C56.

If you have any problems or want my Firmware File post your info an i'll either email u the file of post it in public. The steps i took can be found on this page.

For more information go here if moderator wants I can post it on this forum as well. About problems with scaning: did you push on\off ones is your port\driver corect if so than you may need newer version of EEProm tool, it pinges phone few times and does not hang after first ping circle.
Hope you'll find it usefull.
 
Where did you got the Flash-File for the

C 5 6 (five six)

from?

Eg: Just for fun I flashed the C55 (five five) fls-File into a A56.
It is working. After Flashing with FREIA I used the Siemens Service Toolbox (http://www.sst-gsm.nm.ru) to Repair to get it worked. But: You get only the upper part of the GSM 1800 to work (Channels above around 730).......
 
I'm worry siemens EEProm Tool not work, stay scanning port all the time , I'm sure my cable is bad , somebody whit diagram electric for build?? or eeprom file in extension *.FLS?
