I am on the con side, where flag burning is unconstitutional.
I know already of all the arguments*
I am not interested in the opinion, mostly on any court cases
or laws that could help my debate somehow.

*Texas v. Johnson; US v Eichman, 1st amendment, etc.
*the debate is made towards the constitution, court cases, laws, etc.
im aware of the morals behind this topic however i cant use them in the debate
 
You won't find much to support your belief except opinion, because when it comes down to it; it's just a flag.

You can argue by desecrating it that I am showing severe disrespect to those that died for my right and whatnot, but in the end you aren't harming anyone and honestly we have more pressing issues than arresting demonstrators for expressing their discontent with the government.

Dissent is healthy.

Go ahead, vote me down because I'm the only one using logic.

You people that hold 'symbols' so dearly are the same people that fall for religion; this is weak mindedness.
