FLA file when I put it in flash does not show all files?

Adobe Flash CS4 Pro and for some reason when I import an FLA it doesn't pull over all the files. I even tried a SOTHINK SWF Decomplier on the SWF file, all folders extrated and showed that I had all the files. But then when I load the FLA again it has a ton of missing images with out the markers on the project.

What should I do?
