fixing the bike tire/tube?

When I tried to pump the bike tire, it does not take the air even though the tire does not feel tight. I took the tube off the wheel and checked for leak but did not find any, I tried to air it, still it stays the same. The tube stays the same (little inflated) even I tried to push air into it. Anyone heard about this problem.

Make sure your pump is working and you have it attached properly. You may have a presta valve and need to use an adapter.
