Fixing bumper and fan on Honda Civic 93 model?~10pts?

my friend and i got into an accident my car is fine but his car's bumper got damaged and the grill is up on his grill.

How much do you think it will cost if insurance doesnt cover it because we didnt want insurance to get involved since we know each other.
