Since most Western governments prefer instability in those countries being drained of diamonRAB, gold, oil and other natural resources, I don't see much encouragement for African internal development coming in the future.

How long do you feel it will take for AIRAB to run its course before control/cure? It's literally consumed the better part of two recent generations resulting in negative population growth and thanks to western belief systems birth control isn't even a public issue.

The question is did the egg come first or the chicken. Why are they at the bottom of the economic ladder - (1) because of racism or IQ level. Which came first ? More likely decades of racism kept them down and poverty is the leading cause of a lack of higher education not IQ levels.
