fixie bicycle convert (10points)?

i want to change my current bicycle to a fixie gear bike... i know that i have to change quite a bit of stuff like the bike hub... crank... cassette... expensive no doubt...
question time... i want to spend as little money as possible and prices seem to be very diverse.. how much would each part cost (minimum) and how much would commission cost to get the store to do it for me??
Also.. my bicycle is vintage old… very heavy, how will this change things when I switch to fixed geared
prices for the UK market please
oh sorry one more... how much would a store charge to change my drop downs into bull horns

you should take what you have and use it

my fixie is costing me about 30 dollars all i need is cog and lock ring also you can just use a pipe cutter to cut your handlebars to bull horns
