Fixed Dialing (FDN) - Need a handset that only restricts calls (not SMS) in FDN mode

Hi,

Does anyone know a handset which allows you to restrict calls to small set of numbers, while allowing SMS to any number?

I've been playing around with my Nokia 1680, and you can use Fixed Dialing (FDN) to restrict calls to a small set of numbers, but that also restricts SMS to that same set of numbers.

Any help would be really appreciated!
