Fix my Remote starter for my 5 speed Honda accord?

I just got a new car for my 19th birthday. My father just disabled the remote start on my security system and says he's not putting it back for awhile. He thinks I'm going to forget to put the brake on and I'm going to start it when I'm not in it and it's going to roll away. I am 19 and the car and insurance is in my name, so I have the right to do what I want with is. How did he disable this? How do I fix it? Thanks
