I did every instruction, download the last os from tmobil, recognize the divice, start eraser and upload the program to the phone but when almost finish it stop with "fatal error" and the compuerer dont recognize the divice anymore. if you have some opinion that can help, please.

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~just plug it in and hit the application loader. But read that thing again, it will show you how to do it with the battery out and that will make it read even if it isn't being recognized

i tried every downloaded program from blackberry and dont let me download anything until detect the device if you know one loader that work let me know

ah, Miami. You definitely should hit up the yellow pages. You shouldn't have a problem finding a repair shop within Miami that can do the job, that way you can get it back sooner and not have to worry about dealing with shipping.

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~yeah the only thing is. There shouldn't be to much of an issue. The reason his phone is saying it can't connect is because he no longer has an os on his phone. I went through the same thing with mine. Plus if he just reinstalls the os all of his contacts and whatnot are still going to be there because of the loader backup file. The phone won't connect. All you have to do is plug it in go to the desktop manager and click on the application loader. It will start all over like nothings wrong. I know it seems stupid, but that's how I fixed mine

That make sense, but the program dont let me doing nothing if you have a loader send me or tell me where i can. By the way I took the phone to a technician and he told me the phone dont has phisical damage i only need to flash the memory, is the same we try to do? or i need other program?

you need to downlaod Desktop Manager for your Blackberry...the new one is one the T-Mobile site as well of forget it here's link: http://tmobile.infospace.com/tmweb/(4phxbvi30ak0yv2d4vkiml45)/app/DownloadCenter/DeviceDownloads.aspx?deviceID=25

First make sure you uninstall both previous versions of either Desktop Manager and the BlackBerry OS...after they are uninstalled download the new ones from the link above. Install the Desktop Manager first then install the .107 OS to your computer...delete the vendor.xml file from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader...start Desktop Manager...connect BB and post back what happens from there...i will try and walk you through it
