fix 8100

[HELP ME! 123]

i bought a blackberry 8100 from ebay and i unlocked and start using out of country. Everything was fine but now the phone not work, icalled the factory and my phone has 1 year of warranty but blackberry sold the phone to TMOBILE in july and i bought in august in EBAY but the warranty is only for the first person that bought the phone from tmobile. SOMEBODY CAN HELP ME TO FIND A TECHNICIAN TO FIX IT.

what do you mean phone not working? do you have the icon to make a call? does it not allow you to press the call button? does it bring up call history? can you answer if someone calls you?

i suggest donloader the mot current os for your device, and that should do the trick

Yes what are the problems you are having?
If it worked after unlocking it, then just update the os.

you can not do anything the screen is off and always the red is blinking

yeah download the software and load it via desktop manager and that should take care of you

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~all you have to di is olug your phone into the usb cable, and do an application loader, you need to download the latest os which is .107 and just let it update it really not that difficult

There are a bunch of threads on rabroad that will tell you step by step how to do it. You should have to send it out anywhere
