...culture and life style.? You must be able to carry the items in a suit case with your clothes etc and they must help with your teaching.
 
Curiosity, Tolerance, Respect, Humility, and Knowledge acquired about the country before I leave.

Then I would use those five things to have them teach me about their culture and life style. I wouldn't teach them about my country because I would leave my arrogance at home (but I would certainly tell them about it so they would know about my country).
