Fitting in with new coworkers in a new environment?

I just recently moved to the Northeast for a great job that was a big career opportunity that works with about a dozen other designers. It started great, but two months in, I’m struggling to fit in with the group. They all seem like very nice people, but they seldom include me in anything they do. For example, they spend the first hour of work chatting it up with one another, but they’ll pass my desk without giving me a glance to go chat with their buddy in the next cube. Every now and then, I overhear them planning meetups at local bars for Happy Hour, but they’ll never invite me despite that I’m less than 10 feet away. I understand that being the new kid on the block generally takes some time to get into the groove, but this is getting absolutely ridiculous. I’ve done everything in terms of socializing (saying hi in the morning, talking about something in common, even being “available” for extra favors like helping with small tasks). I don’t know what to do anymore and I’m worried I may have to leave my job if I keep getting ignored like this (I'm a social person; I hate not having a friend to talk with). Can anybody help? Again, I don’t honestly think these people are being jerks, but I don’t know any other way to get noticed.
