Fitness diet for a teen girl?! Any good eating habits or ideas?!?

I'm a 16 yr old girl - I weigh about 123 lbs - I'm 5ft 2in.
I'm not fat.. & I'm not one of the girls that walks around saying they're fat. But I would like to be able to lose the little flab :) off my tummy for swim suit season! Jus 4 or 5 bounds in the stomach area.
My question is.. What are some good ways to lose this weight.. Not really fast but soon would be good! :) any good ways to eat or drink (or even things not to eat or drink) anything will help! :)
