I'm a 16 yr old girl - I weigh about 123 lbs - I'm 5ft 2in.
I'm not fat.. & I'm not one of the girls that walks around saying they're fat. But I would like to be able to lose the little flab
off my tummy for swim suit season! Jus 4 or 5 bounds in the stomach area.
My question is.. What are some good ways to lose this weight.. Not really fast but soon would be good!
any good ways to eat or drink (or even things not to eat or drink) anything will help!
