Fishing with the current weather in Michigan... Will the fish bite, on small Inland

Lake? Hello, the weather is supposed to be very nice this week, about 40-50 degrees F. I'm assuming enough of the ice will be melted so we can fish off of the shore. I was just wondering if you know if anything will be biting and if so what kind of bait we should be using. Any help would be great. Thanks!!!!
