...into a lake/pond? whats it called when the fish are caught somewhere else and are released into a lake/pond? The lake is still, man made. theres no where for the water to go it just sits there. whats it called...still fishing?

i'm tryig to research it bc i feel like the fish are harder to catch in places like these. i'm in SC and i have a lake in the back of my apartment. (man made with a fountain) plenty of fish though i can see them...

how do i fish for bass there? help?
 
Stocking the lake or pond. The fish are usually raised/farmed by an organization or a gov't agency
