Fishing license question?

prolly so i live in sc and lake whylie is my lake i fish at and one side is nc and the other side is sc and you need both states license if you want to fish both sides

if i launch my boat out of texas , and i fish the louisiana side of sabine pass, do i need a louisiana fishing license?

you will need a louisiana non resident license unless the two states have a reciprocation agreement allowing fishermen from either state to fish in boundary waters. this is done with oklahoma on lake texoma. there are usually extra fees.

If you are fishing in Toledo Bend, you only need one license from either state to be able to fish either side of the bend.
