I am traveling to Highlands, North Carolina this summer for vacation and noticed there is a lake literally right across the street from the house I am staying in called " Sequoia Lake " and I was wondering what kind of fish are in there and if anyone has any tips for fishing this lake? I'm an avid fisherman but no nothing about east coast lakes as I am from Phoenix, AZ. Any help or other suggestions of close places to fish in Highlands would be much appreciated. Thanks!!
