Fish worries ((Please answer))?

I know i ask a lot of questions on here,but I recently introduced my fish to their new tank, all the other fish seem to be taking it really well and are quite calm but one of my female cherry barbs seems to be swimming around really fast then attempting to jump up at the top then back down and stops for a minute and re-does it, Am i over-reacting or do you think shes distressed,and what could I do?

The fish could be in shock so you should make the room in which they are as dark as possible. Leave the fish like this for a couple of hours then check again.

you can add a few live plants to your tank so that the barbs can hide around them when they get stressed

She will be fine u have nothing to worry about that's how fish show off at other fish
its normal
