FISH WATER LOOKS STRANGE .. Help asap !?

ohk ,, as u can see with my other questions . i just got 2 black mollys.
the water was really clear yesterday as it was brand new but as soon as i woke up in the morning i turned the light on in there to see if there still alive lol (which they were) and the water is very murky :S but if you look realy close you can see stuff moving around in there .. im not sure if its the rocks cause there white . or if this is what the water does cause its the second day of it brand new everything. .. anyhelp ?? please ?
would be appreciated ..
i have a filter & i washed the rocks .

do you have a filter in your tank?
did you rinse the rocks and sand well before putting in your tank?
