Why is it that one can eat a like 6oz fish portion and be full but if they had 6oz of beef, pork, chicken etc. that it wouldn't be enough.
Like if someone was served a 12oz steak they would be able to eat it all but if they were served a 12oz fillet it would be appalling.
Just wondering if there is any logic behind this, or if there are actually people who could eat 12oz of fish.
