My girlfriend and I, both 18, are wanting to buy a little fish tank just to have some fish. We are looking at a 3 gallon tank that comes with a filter. (we dont want to spend our life savings)
I know putting some fish together in a smaller tank can cause them to get territorial or whatever and cause them to eat each other. What I wanted to know was what would be some good fish to start out the tank with? How many fish should I have in the tank total/max? I kind of wanted to get an algae eater and I saw a cool looking black angel fish that I would love to have. I know both of those fish can be semi-aggressive, so would they kill each other?
