I have recently found that if your fish is kept in a bowl it can easily get stressed out because the bowl magnifies everything and it's makes the fish uncomfortable. It's not my fish so I don't want to buy a whole new tank, I am just taking care of him for a few days, but it makes me feel bad to know he is stressed.
Would it be less stressful for the fish if I covered the sides of the bowl with paper, or at least put a decent sized strip around the bowl so every things not magnified? What else would work?
