fish problems, please help! quick.?

Ok i dont know wats wrong with my fish. i have 2 golden orfe 2 butterfly carp koi, and 2 goldfish, the goldfish are golden orfe are alwys near the top of the water as if they are trying to eat the air? half thier mouth out the water "gasping" for breath. The carp are fine though, just swiming about.
they are all eatting fine as far as i know, (i feed them floatting pellets so i know they were eaten).
what is the problem?
and yes, i have a filter and pump
 
Sounds like columnaris, you need to treat this asap, buy a medication called fungus cure, and that shoud help,

hope your fish get better=)
 
there is not enough Oxygen in you tank/pond all you need to do is and a bubbling, you know the treasure chest that blow bubbles into the pond/tank but don't worry you fish are fine.
