Fish might have a fungus disease?

I just bought 2 more neon tetras (if anyone remembers me I had 4 and people here recommended I get 2 more), so I bought 2 more. One of them, though looks like it has a little white bump thats tiny under its mouth. What should i do? Return it? Or take it out at least and keep it in another tank until I can return it? I don't want all my other fish catching it. He's been in there about 20 min now. Will my fish be ok?

you should return it.

since you paid for it, they must give you the best quality fish.

Curing it will just give you more work, they can replace it.

a white bump under his mouth, thats nuts, if it looks like a white grain of salt could be ich, you never ever ever ever ever ever introduce new fish into your established tank without quaranteing them first, i have a 10 gallon tank all new fish(from petshops) get put in for 3 weeks before they go into my main tank, they get treated with aquarium salt and a higer temp than normal for those 3 weeks, i would remove all the fish you just put in and put them in a seperate tank for the time being,

Sounds like mouth fungus, now its in the tank, its probably going to be a good idea to treat it regardless of whether you remove the infected fish or not
