plexi glass would be ok and you can drill holes and it wont brake. you can get it at ace or most hardware stores that sells glass

I have a big aquarium and i have 1 tiger catfish the big one... and i want to have a baby predator fish, but i only have one aquarium. What im thinking is to separate this aquarium into 2 parts, however... what is the best water proof materials except glass. Or if you have any other suggestion please help me!

Your Tiger Catfish has the potential to grow to 4', so I hope your aquarium is huge.
Dividing your aquarium is probably not a good idea, unless it's seriously monstrous, like 1,000 gallons. You'll just be cutting down on the space each fish has.
In general, Plexiglas, drilled with many holes is a good option, as it is inexpensive, safe, and with the holes, allows circulation.
Because your Tiger will grow so large, it should be fine with aggressive fish, providing you have the room, and that your Tiger is always larger than the new baby.

There are aquarium dividers made of plastic that come in various sizes available at pet shops. You could also manufacture one from Plexiglas that is available at hardware stores, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. You'll have to cut it to size that you want.
