Fish Help, Please Help!!!?

My fish when i looked at her earlier her eye looked weired and so i went up to the tank and reall looke at it and its falling out and there is some blood around it, i took her out of the tank and put her in a seperate tank from the other fish, i dont no what to do, but i think she is going to die, if u have any help, suggestions! Also she is a cardinal tetra.
i treated the tank with wht i had, all i had was maroxy and some ich killing medicine
 
ok im not sure what cud be happening but i think i no. this is mite b becos of the otha fishes r attacking it somehow
i suggest getting to a vet immediatly
 
It is probably popeye. It is an uncommon disease due to dirty water and scum. I would go to my local fish store and get some melfanax that should do trick.
