fish eye lens please answer?

im on a huge budget and i have a VERY importiant question.
ok i saw a .42x magnification lens attachment for $40. and i saw a .2x magnification for $60. and just as im typing this a i saw a .35x for $30. the question i have is whats the difference between the magnification. i understand that they all can make a fisheye circle as well as make a square picture with the 18-55mm lens. so the question is whats the difference????
 
I think you mean a small budget?... Anyway, I will be completely honest with you and tell you to save your money and not bother with these crappy attachments from eBay. Any fish-eye attachment is garbage, image quality is awful and they are a waste of money.

Trust me when I say you are just throwing your money away with this junk.
