Alright I know about the cycle and how it's done. My problem is this, few months back I started a 70 gallon aquarium cycled it with no problems in the aid of Stability. My ammonia read 0 ppm nitrites 0ppm and nitrates 0 ppm because I have live plants. I added a fish that came with columnaris and it affected my entire tank to the point I had to wipe out everything and medicated it heavily as the infection was beyond normal. After losing a dozen fish, I was finally able to set the tank back to normal after doing a throughout cleaning. I used unscented bleach, cleaned all substrate and fake plants. I then added water and put the fish back into the tank as I don't have a separate tank to put them in during the cycle. I'm using Stability again which I know the stuff works like it should. I also have added aquarium salt to the tank to aid in healing of the fish and to prevent other disease during this time. I did however add a little more then the medicinal amount but not by much. For the first couple of days, i was getting readings of ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates which was showing the bacteria was forming. Up until the past few days, all my readings have disappeared and I'm reading strong ammonia readings, 1.0 ppm. No more nitrite or nitrates. I don't have the live plants in at this time due to the salt. I'm lost as what caused the bacteria to suddenly disappear. I'm still using Stability and culminating bacteria from another healthy tank of a good friend. Right now I'm letting it form onto a sponge. From experienced fish keepers, what do you think cause this sudden disappearance with the beneficial bacteria?

My tank is a 70 Gallon with 2 Aqua Clear 50 filters (one on each side) with new filter media. I have way more then enough rocks for the bottom of the tank. I have a 60 gallon air pump with 2 Diffusers. Fish are:
3 Pink Kissing Gouramis
3 Albino Cory Catfish
12 Glofish
1 Dalmatian Molly
8 Glowlight Tetras
9 Neon Tetras
2 Black skirt Tetras
2 Diamond Tetras
2 Long Red Fin Tetras
1 Balloon Kisser

Tank Readings are at this moment
Ammonia: 0.5 ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
Nitrate: 0ppm
Ph: 7.1

Like I mentioned above, the first few days I was producing Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrates. All have disappeared and spiked the Ammonia. Before the columnaris, All my readings would stay at zero so I do know that my tank can be established well. In fact I had more fish before the columnaris and my readings always stayed at 0 ppm. Sorry for the lengthily post but I'm trying to make sure I get everything out. Also, all my fish are still babies. The biggest at this moment is one of the pink kissers at 2 inches. Any and all help would be helpful. No criticism please. Thanks for reading this long post and helping.
For all those who don't seem to get the point or have stupid answers, it's called the nitrogen cycle. Regardless if they're fish, no one (even you) humans/fish can't survive without the nitrogen cycle. If you don't have any educated input, please don't answer.
