fish community compatability. . . khuli loach, fancy goldfish, rosy & cherry barbs?

ok, i got a 2ft tank. are these fish compatable and how many should i get?

4 khuli loach (sp?)
2 fantail's
2 black moore
1 bubble eye
2 rossy barbs
2 cherry barbs

if that isn't good, is this better. . . .

6 white clouds
4 khuli loaches
2 fantail
2 black moore
1 bubble eye

Thats about a 15g tank and that is way to many fish for that size tank. Especially if you want to put goldfish in it. With the fancy's you mentioned you would need a 60g tank. Also kuhli loaches aren't compatiable with goldfish or white clouds as they are more of a tropical with temps from 70-86f
