I'm about to get a fish for the first time. It'll be a Betta fish (Chinese Fighting Fish). anyway, I have a small, LED light that I've placed about 10 cm above the tank. I've taped a few layers of blue tissue paper over the light, however, so as to dim it. Now it's just a very dim light. Still, I would like to know if that's safe for a fish. Is LED lighting at all harmful to them? Thank you!
