First time sex, Condom enough?

Ok, so my sister is ready for sex. She hasnt heard enough time to be on the pill (the one month period) so obviously her body hasnt adjusted itself. She will be having sex for the first time this weekend and she is asking me if a condom is enough. I am not sure because with me I was already on the pill for a long time before my first time and I had no problem. Is it enough? That's why I asked about the morning after pills in my other question (check)

Condom should be enough. If you want to be 200% sure, combine it with other type of contraceptive method. the condom is the only method that can prevent you from getting any STDs tho.
