Okay so back in December my friend was caught stealing shirts from Wal-Mart, I didn't steal anything but the Wal-Mart "Security" kept me there anyway because I did not have an ID on me. We were both ticketed for petty larceny and paid the fines at our court date later and were given a deffered sentence for a 6 month probation.
About a month and a half ago I violated my probation by getting caught driving without a license and was arrested. I paid my bond and was let go but now I have a hearing coming up, The letter I got said "motion to accelerate sentencing", what am I looking at here punishment wise? Any help is appreciated.
