hello we are on the mission on buying a house soon now that the houses are low in price
well my dad go approved for a $105.000 loan he was interested in this house it was $122,600
and our agent told us everything was going well he just had to get some permits for the house because apparently the owners didn't ask permission to make all the changes they did to the house and he was also going to try to get the price lower on the home,i have been watching the house on two sites and two days ago the price on the home went lower to $96,470
