It's alright to plant peppers at this time of year in my state, and that's pretty much all I know so far. 
Well, my main question is, do you only put one seed in a hole and then cover it up, or do you put a few seeds in? The packet says 'Two feet apart', but I'm not sure how much you put in.
I tried to do it last night and had no clue what I should do, and I got eaten everywhere by bugs.
