I'm a pretty good cook. Its the first time I'm having him over for dinner and I'm extremely nervous. I'm thinking steak with peppers onions and mushrooms, twice baked potatoes, salad, and garlic bread. Is this a decent meal to make for the first time? What wine should I serve? And I'm stuck on what to do for dessert? I was thinking ice cream pie? I'm not sure though. Help?

Btw, if anyone doesn't know what an ice cream pie is its just like it sounds lol, I use the already made graham cracker pie crust, take ice cream of my choice and mix it in a blender with a bit of sugar (sometimes I add fruit or my favorite candy, nuts, marshmallow, anything) add a bit of milk and mix it like u would a milk shake then fill the crust and let it set in the freezer then you can top it with whatever, caramel, chocolate syrup, nuts..cookies, whipped cream. Anyway, sorry to ramble but most ppl ask me what it is.
